Planning to open 100 new exclusive stores in India by March 2019, the Taiwanese tech giant Asus is also looking forward to grab a share of 7% in the personal computer space as against a 5% share that it has at present. Arnold Su, Asus’ Business Development Manager – PC and ROG, said that Asus is aggressively focused on expanding its retail presence in India by opening new stores across the country by March 2019. By adding these 100 new stores, Asus will expand their presence in the country, touching the mark of almost 200 exclusive stores. The leading global notebook vendor and motherboard manufacturer in India, Asus has also set up an internal team that will study the prospects of its domestic manufacturing in India.
