If you are an intermediate then we would recommend at least 10 push-ups to begin with. An expert needs at least 15 push-ups in one go. Do 3x repetitions to complete the exercise.

3. Plank

An exercise that focuses on the entire core, Planks are excellent to add to your routine workouts. Do planks on alternate days for maximum effect on body. Various combinations of muscles are utilized in this simple exercise and you get a lot out of it.

The exercise will teach you that rib cage and gluteo-hip area is responsible for any activity that involves the movement of arms. Try some variations to the regular plank to add more spice to your workouts. Make sure you have some basic workout essentials before getting down to exercise.

4. Hip Bridge

Though simple, this activity engages the brain actively. The placement of foot, even weight distribution and breathing are vital when doing this exercise. You can also keep your toes on the floor to have a good variation. Try to engage the hamstrings and glutes to make it an overall workout for the lower body.

5. Biceps Curl

Adding a little weight to your workout will always help. This is a wonderful way to strengthen your arms. Breathe actively as your lift your weights. If you are a beginner, it is recommended to start with 10-12 reps and work your way from there.
