• SMS ACT IR to 144 (toll-free) (Applicable for states of Orissa, Bihar, Kolkata and RoB)

International roaming service is preactivated for the rest of the states. A charge of Rs.99 will be levied in case any of these services being used during International Roaming:

• Making an Outgoing call- USSD Callback* or Direct Dial
• Answering an incoming call
• Sending Messages
• Using GPRS

This IR service will get activated 30 minutes after sending the message to the Vodafone customer care executives.

The payment for the same can be made in two ways:

• Online: Browse the different international roaming packs on the official Vodafone Website and buy the pack of your choice.
• Offline: Deposit the amount with any of the Vodafone stores near you.

Turn-around time (TAT) for updating the payment for the same is 1-day (24 hours) maximum.
