Gopal Vittal, Bharti Airtel’s CEO pushes its employees to increase the revenue market share i.e. RMS over the next two years. The team is targeting this increase in the light of building blocks that are already in place i.e. content tie-ups, network expansion and lean organization.
Airtel already has an edge over other service providers if they focus on their two core strengths that is 300 million plus customer base and 1.2 retailers as indicated by Gopal Vittal.
According to Vittal, CEO of Airtel, “We have a massive opportunity to grow market share given the uncertainty and flux in the industry.”
