How to Use Ajwain for Cold
- Ajwain Herbal Drink
Make it using basil leaves, one teaspoon of ajwain, 5 semi-crushed black pepper, half teaspoon of ginger, one-third cup of jaggery.
- Ajwain Hot Pad
Roast two tablespoons of ajwain in a pan for 2 minutes and place them in a pouch and then gently apply on your chest.

Roast two cloves of garlic and one teaspoon of Ajwain for 2 minutes. Place it in small pouches and put it next to your pillow as it will clear chest congestion and clear the nasal passage.
