Children are like wet cement. Whatever falls on them makes an impression.

It is the 53rd National Children’s Day today.

The birth anniversary of first Prime Minister of free India, Jawaharlal Nehru is celebrated with pomp across schools around the country. Also known as Bal Divas, Children’s Day which falls on November 14 is celebrated to increase the awareness towards the rights, care, and education of children in India.

It also sends out the message that children of today are the citizens of tomorrow and it is our responsibility to mould them for a better tomorrow.

Here are 10 Good Habits you can inculcate in your child right from childhood.

Encourage children to take up physical games and not spend too much time before television and computer. A majority of children around the world are excessively prone to obesity and other disorders due to the lack of physical activity.
