Craftsvilla the e-commerce start-up catering to ethnic fashion and accessories has managed to raise Rs 6 crore in funding from Singapore-based Supera Investments. With this round of investment, Supera has pumped in a total of Rs 30 Crore in Craftsvilla in 2019. Similarly, in 2018, Supera infused Rs 40 Crore in 4 batches in Craftsvilla.
Besides Supera Investments, Sequoia India and Lightspeed Venture Partners are other major investors in Craftsvilla.
The Mumbai headquartered Craftsvilla was founded in 2011 by Manoj Gupta and Monica Gupta. Craftsvilla has ambitious plans in offline retail and intends to open about 1,000 outlets in 2020 by investing Rs 100 crore.
