- Dexorange is basically a composition of Ferric Ammonium Citrate which has between 16.5% and 18.5% of iron.
- It exerts haematinic action as iron is an essential part for Haemoglobin formation. Dexorange is given orally as a source of iron to replenish the iron stores inside the body.
