Aiming to grow its online sales by 60-65% in the financial year of 2018-19, Flipkart has taken a step towards re-branding its online presence & establishing itself as a so called Online Fashion Capital, distancing itself from its competitors and arch-rival Amazon India.

Set up with an aim to tap the sections of online shoppers across all big and small cities, Flipkart is now aiming to strengthen its list of big brands by including international players along with reaching out to the shoppers in smaller towns and cities where the concept of online shopping is still picking up pace, in the online fashion retail segment. Earlier, in 2017, Flipkart had also revamped its online presence by narrowing in on trusted sellers to ensure the sale of quality products.
