H&M Collaborates With Flipkart-Owned Myntra & Jabong

H&M (Hennes & Mauritz) has entered into an alliance with fashion marketplaces Myntra and Jabong. A source cited that this collaboration is important for the retailer’s physical and digital stores. H&M launched its e-commerce store in the country last year. However, H&M’s latest move has made India the second nation after China to push sales through other e-commerce websites. Janne Einola, country manager at H&M India said, “We will continue to open new stores and develop hm.com.” A few spokespersons confirmed that this deal will give Myntra & Jabong exclusive rights to sell H&M products up to five to six years. It has also been confirmed that the products shall start getting listed in the next three to four months. Amar Nagaram, head of Myntra and Jabong said, “With this collaboration, we are focused on bringing the best of fashion across India and launching H&M’s latest trends.”
