For getting your restaurant registered at Zomato, you will need a Private Limited Registration, Partnership or LLP Registration. You will also need to acquire FSSAI license, GST license and Shop Act license.
Visit Zomato.com and click on ‘Add a Restaurant’ tab which you will find at the bottom right corner of the page under the listing ‘For Restaurants’. Fill in the details like Restaurant’s name, city, Owner’s name, phone number, email id, opening status of the restaurant etc.
Under the heading ‘For Restaurants’, click Business app. You will be guided to a new page. Download the app on your android device. Claim your listings before you start using the app because you will need to login using the same listing credentials. If your restaurant is not already listed, then enlist and claim it. You will then have to fill out a registration form with details like restaurant’s name, owner’s name, phone number, Email id etc. Zomato will then verify the credentials and your business account will be activated.
You can then manage the entire business using the Zomato Business App. You can answer food reviews, manage analytics, events, online presence and offer deals and promo codes as well as showcase special menus right at a click.
