OnePlus Plans to Push Offline Sales in the Indian Market l CashKa

OnePlus, the premier smartphone brand is planning to open physical stores in India, as part of its strategy to tap into the huge client base that does not shop online.

According to Pete Lau, OnePlus’s founder and CEO, OnePlus is priced at Rs 40,000, a amount wherein a user would first like to experience the phone before taking a decision to buy it

OnePlus has opened its foremost store in Bengaluru in January this year and intends to open 14 more stores that would include both large format experience stores and stores along with authorised partners.

With the opening of the offline stores, OnePlus is eyeing the long-term potential of the Indian market where as per Pete Lau, OnePlus’s founder and chief executive officer Indian consumers would ultimately switch to premium segment phones.
