Panasonic as part of its CSR efforts had planned a ‘Panasonic Cricket Dil Se’ day by giving NGO kids an exciting VR cricket experience. But, the major highlight of the day was an exciting interaction with Ranbir Kapoor who also played cricket with these children. This event was organised with an endeavour of encouraging the sporting spirit among young minds.

Furthermore, Panasonic along with Ranbir Kapoor gave away Panasonic television sets to NGO partners to enhance entertainment and learning opportunities among kids. About 100 television sets were given away to NGOs who have been relentlessly working towards enhancing child welfare in various Indian cities.

According to Ritu Ghosh, Head, Corporate Affairs & CSR, Panasonic India, Panasonic CSR programs include education and skill development among children. Through the ‘Panasonic Cricket Dil Se’, Panasonic intends to impart knowledge solutions to Indian kids in order to broaden their horizons.

The winners of the event were awarded special trophies by Ranbir Kapoor. The star also gave away special cricket bats to kids which bore his signature.
