6. Shirdi Sai Baba Temple

A prime temple of Shirdi and one of the most famous shrines in India, Shirdi Sai Baba Temple’s complex stretches approximately 200 sq metres. First on the list of the richest temples in India, and third richest temple in the world, is said to be constructed under the sponsorship by a millionaire from Nagour who was an ardent follower and devotee of Shri Sai Baba. Small shrines of Lord Shiva, Lord Ganesh and Lord Shani are also located in the premises.

5. Shani Shingnapur

Also known as Sonai, Shani Shingnapur is a village located in Nevasa Taluka of Maharashtra’s Ahmednagar district. A home to the popular Shani Mahadev Temple, this temple is believed to be a jagrut devsthan (the deity still resides in the temple). One amazing fact about this village is that nobody living in the village has any doors in their houses. The locals believe that if any one tries to attempt theft, Lord Shani will punish them.

4. Sai Heritage Village

A beautiful park operating since 2014, Sai Heritage Village is one of the first pilgrimage cum picnic spot for tourists flocking to Shirdi. A well-maintained theme park, Sai Heritage Village also has a rope way, toy train and a small eatery that attract the tourists to this place.

3. Khandoba Mandir

Located on the Kopergaon Road in Ahmednagar district of Shirdi, this temple is dedicated to Khandoba (a form of Lord Shiva), the presiding deity of this town. With a well maintained premises, Khandoba temple has a calm and peaceful environment where a person is able to connect spiritually.

2. Hanuman Mandir
