The film is a biopic on Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy who is believed to have hand held the foremost civilian uprising against the British. The movie has an ensemble cast including Amitabh Bachchan, Vijay Sethupathi, Jagpathy Babu and Tamanna. Ace Bollywood music director, Amit Trivedi would be giving music to the film which will also mark his debut in Telugu cinema. This period film appears to be a visual treat from the released teaser of the film.

2. F2 – Tamannaah Upcoming Movies

Cast: Venkatesh, Varun Tej, Tamannah, Mehreen Pirzada
Release Date: 2018

F2 will be a Telugu action comedy  with the tagline Fun and Frustration. In the film, Tamannaah would be playing the love interest of Venkatesh. Though, Tamanna hasn’t officially signed the film contract, she has read the script and has agreed to be a part of the film. It would be the first time that Tamanna will be working with a senior actor like Venkatesh.

Geeta and Siddhu meet in college, fall in love andSiddhu asks Geeta’s hand in marriage from her father. However, Geeta’s father refuses the proposal on the pretext that Siddhu’s parents are divorced. From here on, efforts to re-unite Siddhu’s parents begin. Are Siddhu and Geeta able to marry by re-uniting Siddhu’s parents forms the remaining portion of the movie.

The film which had music by famed music directors, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy was well received by cinegoers and received many accolades. The film won three Nandi awards and three CineMAA awards.

Paiyaa is a Tamil language road action film. The plot revolves around Shiva (Karthi), a young carefree guy from Bangalore. Charulatha (Tamanna), mistakes him for a cab driver asks him to take her to Chennai along with her uncle. However, while stopping to refuel, Charulatha asks Shiva to drive on leaving her uncle behind. She misses her flight as well as her train at the railway station. She then asks Shiva to take her to Mumbai by car which he agrees upon. However, they are followed by a gang of miscreants on the way. Shiva is able to rescue Charulatha from the miscreants by single handedly overpowering them. In the end, Charulatha  professes her love for Shiva and both unite.

The film received good reviews and was a commercial success.
