Xiaomi has finally launched the much-awaited Redmi Note 9 Pro as part of its Redmi lineup that put the company on the global map. Though the phone seems bulky at first, Xiaomi's new 'Aura Balance' design philosophy enables a perfectly even weight distribution with a symmetrical exterior design making it comfortable for its size to use with one hand.

• Build: The most distinctive design element is that both the front and rear are made using a brilliantly glossy pane of Gorilla Glass 5, while the frame is polycarbonate. The rear cameras are centrally mounted (including all four sensors) in a raised rectangular section with the flash placed below it giving it an elegant style.
• Weight and Thickness: At 209g in weight and 8.8mm in thickness, Redmi Note 9 Pro is a slightly heavier phone that makes it safe to handle and holds firmly in your pocket.
• Unique Design Features: One interesting design feature is the side-mounted fingerprint sensor which is embedded into the power button that makes it quicker and more convenient than an in-display sensor. Display

Redmi Note 9 Pro is aesthetically superior with a slightly larger 6.67-inch display with a taller 20:9 aspect ratio to accommodate the front selfie-camera at the top of the screen. The choice of HD+ full screen dot display LCD multi-touch capacitive touchscreen allows it a brighter overall picture with maximum clarity and better touch experience.

Xiaomi has interestingly used a 5020mAh battery, an upgrade from earlier 4000mAh, that can withstand up to 14 hours of gaming and 29 hours of VoLTE calling per charges. In simple words, Redmi Note 9 Pro's battery is more than enough for a day of heavy use without having to top it up now and then. The box piece comes with an 18W charger.
