Unable to log in/getting ‘authentication failed’ error

Simply follow these steps to reset your password:

  1. Click on ‘Forgot Password’
  2. Enter your registered email address/mobile number
  3. Your new password will be sent to same email address/mobile number
  4. Reset your IP Address
  5. Login using the NEW password received on email
  6. Go to ‘Account Settings’ and change password
