* For any purchases under Rs 1000, a standard shipping charge of Rs. 95 (non-refundable) will be charged.
* FableStreet charges Rs 50 in handling fees for Cash On Delivery orders (non-refundable).
* For purchases under Rs 20,000, FableStreet charges Rs 1500 for international delivery. They provide free delivery globally on purchases above Rs 20,000.
* The process of shipping an order from FableStreet warehouse in New Delhi, India, usually takes 4 to 7 working days since all of our goods are produced to order.
* Orders for jewellery, masks, and footwear are dispatched right away.
Within India, the average delivery time for all purchases is 3 to 10 working days (all days except Sundays and Public Holidays) from the date of purchase. Expect delivery for overseas orders in 12 to 20 working days.

Cancellation

Exhange and Refund
FableStreet return/exchange policy is only applicable to items that are in resalable condition, have their price tags attached, and have a valid receipt.
Within seven days after receiving the merchandise, a return or exchange request must be initiated. To start the request, send an email to care@fablestreet.com using your registered email address.
For overseas shipments, Fable Street does not provide a reverse pick-up service. The consumer will be responsible for paying all return shipping fees for returns or exchanges. On international shipments, the buyer is responsible for paying any necessary brokerage or customs fees.
For international purchases, FableStreet only accepts prepaid payment methods.
Accessories (Jewellery, Belts, and Masks) may only be exchanged if the supplied goods are flawed or damaged.
After your request is initiated, it typically takes 12 to 15 working days to execute your return or exchange request.
Within 3-4 days of the return/exchange request being made, the primary return/exchange collection will take place. If the client cancels the pickup, there will be an extra fee for initiating pickup once again.
Refund
Once FableStreet gets the item, they inspect it to make sure it's unwashed, undamaged, and that the tags and packaging are still attached. After that, FableStreet will fulfil your request for a refund or exchange. The item will not be accepted if it does not match the aforementioned requirements and will be sent back to you at your cost.
