Important Information

• Existing Credit Card holders of HDFC Bank will not be eligible for Rewards
• No Rewards applicable for employees of HDFC, HDB, CHBL & CSC- Main or group companies
• Please use Aadhaar linked mobile number to fill the application
• Minimum transaction of Rs.100 is required within 30 days to activate the card else Rewards will be cancelled
• Missing Rewards will track at Rs.1000 and will be corrected at the time of Confirmation
• Tracking Time: 72Hrs after the Application ID Generation
• Confirmation Timeline: Within 75 Days of Card Activation
• If your Rewards do not track, raise a Missing Rewards Ticket within 30 Days from the application date
• Rewards can only be redeemed as Amazon Pay Balance or Flipkart Gift Card

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 21 to 65 years
• Cibil- 750+
• Employment: Both salaried and self-employed individuals are eligible
• Salaried: Minimum monthly income of Rs 25,000
• Self-Employed: ITR > Rs 6 Lakhs per annum
• New to Credit allowed for Salaried & Self-Employed both

• ID Proof: PAN Card/Form 60/Passport
• Address Proof: Aadhaar, Passport, or utility bills
• Income Proof: Bank statements or salary slips
• Photograph: Recent passport-sized photo
