How Does FreshMenu Make Money?

FreshMenu operates on Full Stack Business Model. It offers end-to-end services to its users. The company offers its customers a food menu that is refreshed every day. A cloud-kitchen (kitchens that do not support a dine-in option but only food delivery) company, FreshMenu serves within a radius of 4 – 5 km from its cloud kitchens. With luscious and pleasing food, the company delivers quality dishes. Unlike other food delivery companies that earn revenue using commission, FreshMenu earns its share by the food it prepares. The in-house chefs here prepare delicious and appetizing food which is then delivered to the consumer via different apps. The company even offers the user an option to choose from different cuisines like Italian, Mexican, South Asian and many more. The prompt delivery of the food is another advantage that adds a feather into its cap.

FreshMenu offers a unique and new menu every day. This requires keeping up with the necessary ingredients and manpower.

But the company always stays low on its inventory level. It stocks up on its staples like rice and noodles twice a week, while the fresh products, vegetables and meat arrive once in every two days. Special ingredients like lobsters and salmon arrive based upon the upcoming menus but in limited quantities.

Once they are fully equipped with all the ingredients required, the chefs begin working on the menu. The new menu development starts at 7 in the morning when the time for breakfast delivery arrives. The whole process is managed by three Order Managers who ensure a proper connection between the kitchen and delivery personnel. The orders are then received swiftly by the kitchen staff, prepared by the chefs and further sent off with the delivery personnel.
