Cancellation Policy
Each Goibibo ticket is subject to the airline's cancellation fees, which might change depending on the trip and booking class.
For each cancellation, Goibibo will charge Rs 300 per person, per sector, in addition to any fees assessed by the airline.
Only cancellation requests submitted via the customer care team through the online form, telephone, or email (for emails, the travel date must be more than 48 hours) will be considered. Any cancellation requests made via any other channel won't be honoured by Goibibo.
You must get in touch with the airline directly to cancel an e-ticket if you seek cancellation less than 4 hours before departure.
If your cancellation request for an e-ticket is filed less than 24 hours before departure, you must call the customer service representative. Any other kind of request will not be taken into consideration.
Cancellation Protection
When purchasing a flight ticket, choose the 'Cancellation Protection' option. You will have to pay a small fee and incur no penalties if you decide to cancel the reservation.
Select domestic flights are eligible for cancellation protection, which begins at only Rs. 149.
To use this program, tickets must be canceled 25 hours before the flight's planned departure.
For cancellation costs to be waived, cancellations must be made ONLY on goibibo.com.

The ZERO Cancellation service is only applicable for full itinerary cancellations. Date changes are not permitted.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be handled in accordance with the cancellation and pricing policies of the airline. These reimbursements are conditional upon Goibibo getting the same from the airlines. The convenience charge, on the other hand, is a non-refundable cost.
To begin the refund procedure, Goibibo must be informed of any cancellations made directly with the airline. Refund processing times might vary according to the bank, payment method, etc. The Goibibo service cost, which is separate from the convenience fee, must be subtracted before processing the refund.
The original account from which the payment was made will get the reimbursement. The upfront discount and promotional code discount that was used at the time of booking will be subtracted from the refund amount in the case of cancellation and return of partly used tickets.
