HomeTown charges Rs 50 on orders below Rs 499. They also offer free delivery to selected cities. Delivery time of the order may vary.
Cancellations
HomeTown allows easy cancellations of orders only within 24 hours of the placing of order. For cancellation of the order, the customer is required to contact the customer care through email or call them at their customer care number.
Return/Refund
Returns are only applicable during the fitment of the product. HomeTown does not accept the returns once the fitter completes the job and leaves the premise. The Pick-up shall happen in 48-72 hours after fitment day, and the refund amount will get credited to the source of payment.
