Return and Refund Policy
In case of any dissatisfaction with the products received, regarding quality or condition of the item (damage or defect), you may initiate a request for return of the same.
While raising a request for return, you may avail a refund on the returned product, which will be approved by Ajio after due verification of the returned product. Any returned product must be unused, with the price tags intact.

As soon as you request return, a Return ID is generated and the product will be picked up within 3 business days. You will be notified of an estimated refund date.
The entire amount paid for the product will be refunded, including any taxes that were paid. The mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is possible through the Ajio Website, App or by getting in touch with Ajio Customer Care. They shall fully or partially cancel orders prior to its dispatch from Ajio warehouses. You can cancel an order by visiting the ‘Orders’ section on the Ajio app or webpage.
If the cancellation is initiated prior to the dispatch of the products, Ajio will initiate refunds within 2 business days. The refund will reflect in your bank or Ajio Wallet.
If the order has already been packed or shipped, you can refuse the delivery of the order.
