• Customers must submit the recipient's details to the company at the time of order placement. Orders shall be handed over only after verification of the identity of the recipient.
• In case of unavailability of an item, a refund request has to be created, and the amount would be credited back to source within 10 working days.
• Exchange is accepted in events of purchase of the wrong size. There would be free of cost resizing arranged for customers.
