12 Best Ghee Brands in India For Every Food Lover

Ghee is heavy in fat and includes a lot of monounsaturated Omega-3s. These beneficial fatty acids help to maintain a healthy heart and circulatory system. Ghee, when consumed as part of a well-balanced diet, can be very beneficial for health. It is suitable for deep-frying as well as for shallow frying as it has a high smoke point. However, some individuals prefer to consume it raw for a variety of health reasons.

Cow ghee, also known as desi ghee, is a popular cooking medium in India, where it is valued for its nutritional qualities as well as the flavour it adds to food. Because pure cow ghee offers several health advantages, it is considered one of India’s superfoods.

  1. Hi Abhishek?
Are buffalo and cow are different or the same animal. In Vedaka you have mentioned it is made from cow milk and in cons you have mentioned it is made from buffalo milk? Do you mean to say they are not adhering to what they claim?
