Tracking, Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled by customer before they are sent for preparation. In some cases, Box8 might cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances like an item out of stock etc.
• Orders can be tracked from the Manage Orders page; the status would be either of these Placed, Prepared, Dispatched, Delivered.
