Shipping, Cancellations, and Return Policy

• Bookings cannot be cancelled once the token amount is paid by the tenant
• For cancellations before 6 months of the move-in date, the rent for a month will be charged as termination fee after the mandatory 10-day notice period. If the 10-day notice isn't given, the tenant will be charged with a fee equal to 1 month and 10 days stay
• A fixed charge of Rs.999 is to be paid by the tenant on moving out if he or she was not charged with onboarding charges during the time of booking
• The security deposit will be refunded after deducting necessary charges like utility bill payments and unpaid rent, within 7 working days from the day of moving out
